Meghan Clarke specializes in mediation, leadership development, facilitation and strategic visioning. As a consultant, she participates in project design and implementation focused on transitions management, conflict analysis, problem solving and serving leader competencies. She has designed, implemented and partnered on dozens of small and large-scale interventions ranging from two to hundreds of participants. She has worked on community reconciliation projects throughout the country including those addressing environmental harms, community- police relations, educational inequities, and religious-based conflicts. Her mediation experience includes small businesses, corporate management teams, non-profit organizations, communities and families. She has written various articles and presented at conferences on various alternative dispute resolution topics.
In addition to consulting and coaching, Meghan leads trainings and retreats on collaborative process, conflict engagement, transitions/change management and self- care/stress management.
She completed her Master’s of Arts at the School of International Service at American University, studying International Peace and Conflict Resolution in Washington, DC and received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a certified Transitions Coach with Linkages and has several certificates in mediation, always keeping abreast of advances in the field. Most recently, she received certification on Trauma Healing and Transformation from Capacitar International. Before founding M E Clarke Consulting, LLC, Meghan was a Program Manager for The ARIA Group, a conflict resolution firm. She also was a Project Manager at Search for Common Ground USA, an international conflict resolution NGO, where she participated in shuttle diplomacy, mediation/facilitation and program design.
Meghan is a Trustee of the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford and active in other volunteer activities.
